I bought a sofa from this local shopkeeper on 21st Oct 2013. At first he promised to deliver within two day, but delivered after 10 day. On receiving the the sofa I found rexine used in sofa is not same as shown at shop. when complained I was ensured about any problem will be taken care of. within two year. But rexine started to crack within one month only. when asked to change rexine of whole sofa he just repaired the cracked part and promised to repair further when problem arises. which again happened in the rest of sofa within next few month. two months ago when I asked to repair it. I was told that communication with rexine company is in progress but on Saturday refused to do any repair. I already have registered complaint (ID :122660.3.2014). it is showing no progress, neither I am getting reply of my mails. Even I don’t know what went wrong this time ,because it happened for the first time that after complaint no action has been taken against shop owner even after one month otherwise in earlier case action were taken within a week. I hope core will help me because you are the only one who empowers the consumers
I wish to get replacement for the sofa. or at least full rexine changed
