The product that I had ordered against order number 602760 was HGP and what I received was hair building fiber. My only request is to do a reverse pickup and return the money. Also I had made the complaint on the very same day when I received the order with complain number in401290. I am tring to contact them over phone but no body picks the number . I mailed it multiple time but no reply from them

I just want refund of money since the product that was order was not dispatched. Instead a wrong product was dispatched.
