This is to inform you that my SAMSUNG Mobile Modle Galaxy Grand 2 was not working on 14th July 2014. I have given this to the insurance agent on same day. After continues follow the insurance company person says that they can not repair /replace this phone as it’s mother board is not working. The insurance company person says that the cost of repair is more than the cost of new Original set. Also they are not ready to give me in writing that they will not repair my SAMSUNG Grand 2 Mobile.

I want to replace / repair the mobile or i should be provided Rs100,000/- as compensation for the same.
