Housefull Furniture – Delivery Delay & Price Difference

I had placed an order for Kitchen cabinet from Housefull Order No. 49905 dt. 29.06.14 for cash against delivery, however the customer care representative called me and told that it was not possible to do that and they will only deliver when cash is paid and I have to make a payment based on this I placed another order 50267 dt. 05.07.14 making the payment where it was assured that the material will be delivered with 15 days the basic price being INR 5690/-. then on 13.07.14 in Times of India Bangalore edition the same item was available for INR 3990/- the same day I called the customer service person and asked them about the price difference of INR 1700/- they told that they will get back. I also updated the complaint in the feedback section of their website. Now even after some 20 to 30 calls and mails there is no response.

Firstly there is a delay in delivery till date they have not delivered the product Secondly there is a price variance for which there is no response for the difference amount. Thirdly I have spent a lot of time and money for the follow-up and there is no response.
