Sir, I booked 2 tatkal 3-AC tickets for travel from Mumbai CST to Madgaon by Mandovi Express on 2.5.2015 through M/s. Galaxy Tours and Travels Mulund Office No 211, Ecstacy Business Park, City Of Joy Business Centre, J S D Road, Mulund West, Mumbai-80(Tel.no. 8655584xxx/ 845299xxx and 2565xxx. vide PNR Nos. 845-7631190 and 8235335238 and paid Mr. Priyesh of the firm Rs.3500/- being fare+Rs.300/- each as tatkal fees. Both the tickets were not confirmed but Priyesh promised to get them confirmed before train leaves. Since 1 was e-ticket and 1 was Railway counter tkt. (both not confirmed),we could not travel with both the tickets. When asked for the refund, M/s.Galaxy doesnot respond to my telephone and Mr. Priyesh gives excuses that he will refund the money today/tomorrow or at 5 pm/7.30p.m. etc. Today 15 days have passed with all his excuses. Kindly help me to get the refundas I am a Senior Citizen and cannot run from pillar to post for the refund. Thanks Irene

I want the amount of Rs. 3500/- I paid the Ticket Booking clerk at Galaxy Tours & Travels to be paid back to me.
