Dear Sir/ Ma’am, I would like you kind attention on Samsung after sale services on my washing machine model no. WA82V4GEC/XTL, which i purchased in year 2011, started facing problem with in 1 year. for single problem made 5-10 complains , engineers visit, paid him visiting charges but no resolution given us to start the Washing machine. I clearly want to state that i want final solution for my product which is branded product of SAMSUNG. I had paid every time as visiting charge to engineers without proper solution and this time i will not pay single rupee without final solution. Consumer forum should take this as seriously, because brands are not so responsible people who lives in small cities and towns. SAMSUNG should replace the product without any extra cost or should provide solution.
