This mail is regarding the delivery of docket no. 543940969 by gati Courier, for your information i am a resident of ara , bihar , pin 802301 ,house no. 400 B , municipal ward no. 35. my mail is for the higher authorities to look into the matter and please help , i have used all complaint mechanisms but nothing has helped me out .the most absurd thing what i see when i track my product is the out of delivery clause , how can be a town’s resident address be out of delivery area when you are providing service in that town .when i tracked my product which is a cpu cabinet , it is showing that it has arrived at ara on 29 july 2015 but since then 6 days lapsed and nobody even bothered to contact me until i started calling every where? when i got the mobile no. of the local courier boy , mr dushyant singh rai and called him , he said why are you wasting your money on mobile phone, you better come & collect it , such is the professional attitude of your employee. my question is how can an area in municipality of a town be out of delivery & if it is the case why are you accepting for delivery of such product . in contrast i will give you a striking real life experience , i ordered a webcam from snapdeal on 1st august 2015 , the item was dispatched from punjab (mohali) and on 4th august 2015 , the item in was my hand without the need for any complain. this is lightning quick service by speed post . Gati its a shame for you.
