Despite being promised that the pick up request number 13894440 will be executed on 30-05-2015 the pickup never happened. The postponement was never informed to me and on making repeated calls i was redirected multiple times to the delivery department but to no avail. Today three days after the request (2 June 2015) the pickup has still not happened. I had to cancel my appointments to wait for the courier guy to come and pick up the consignment for 3 consecutive working days. The company is highly unprofessional and does not respect the customers time and effort.This has caused mental harrassment and loss of time.

I want the company to compensate the loss to the customer in whatever manner possible
