I had sent 4 parcels from Pune to Thane via Gati KWE. Docket no: 416574718. I received only 3 packets out of which 1 package was ripped open and material inside (folding table) was damaged badly, cracked and scratched. the 4th package which is a carton box consisting of books is still missing. I have done n number of follow-ups but the Gati is a pathetic service provider and harassing me till date. They do not provide any updates nor do they bother to investigate on their own. I had to call multiple times and push them to search for my packet but they do not respond in time.

They have lost my packet and not cooperating and always giving false answers. They just keep asking for time but no action are taken and no results. I am struggling since 28 April 2014 to get my problem sorted out but Gati does not provide any response unless I call on helpline and ask questions.
