We have booked a Consignment of Skewers Sticks having Consignment no 424631960 on 30th January 2015.They promised delivery on 7th Feb 2015 at our Bangalore Office. We have paid them Full amount for Shipping of Rs 1997+84 = 2081 Rs. Till Date they have not delivered us nor do they take any initiative in this regard. We have mailed them multiple times, and they replied that they will search and deliver us but till date its not done. We are loosing business which we sell online.The Sale Value of these Material is around Rs 50,000/-. We want a Case of Negligence and loss and Cheating the Customer be filed. Till date they are Showing in the Tracking that the material is redirected to a new destination and many other lies which they are telling us.

The Material Cost around Rs 12000 and The Freight Charge was Rs 2081/-. The Sellable value is Around Rs 50,000/-. We have lost the entire amount and loosing sales. The Total Loss is around Rs 65,000/-.

We want that they Pay back the Business loss that we incurred and the Shipment Charge we paid and the Purchase Price of the Material. The Repputation we Lost is intangible and they cannot repair the Damage they did. We want at least the Monetary loss be recovered.
