This is regarding a consignment consisting of two 1.5 ton window AC’s , a pair of voltage stabilisers and remote controls sent via GATI KWE on 17/5/2014. at the time of booking the assured date of delivery as conveyed verbally and mentioned on their receipt was 23/5/2014. on enquiring about the status of the consignment on 23/5/14 i was informed that it has arrived but as they could not trace one of the packages they would deliver on 24/5/14 , which however was not done . further enquiries were not helpful and i am yet to receive the said items and now the concerned people are not taking my calls . i think this amounts to negligence and deficiency of service for which i have paid the requisite amount .
i want them to deliver the “entire” consignment and pay me compensation in the form of a waiver of the fees charged by them , and if they fail to do so they must compensate me for purchase of 2 1.5 ton window A/C’s of same or equivalent brand alond with 2 voltage stabilisers . (Even if they deliver AC’s without the remote controls i shall not be able to access all the functions provided in the units)
