From more than 2 months, I am not getting any network to my airtel phone (+91-9741977xxx) at my home address which is 29/A, 6th A Main, 11th Cross, JP Nagar 3rd Phase, Bangalore 560078. I asked the customer care phone number 121 but they informed me that they cannot help it and the network problem will continue in future too. My father also has an airtel Sim and he registered a complaint at the airtel office but they replied the same to him that they cannot help it. My father asked them to check their mobile tower near by JP nagar and solve the problem to which they replied that the airtel network does not come from towers instead it is from satellite directly. Really? I read somewhere that it is not correct and every telecom provider should use tower connectivity instead of satellite. Please help us solve this problem as every time we need to make a call, we have to go on road and talk. And also no call comes on our phones when we are at home and this has turned a very big problem for us. We live in an area which is almost central Bangalore and not outskirts of it. So please look in to this and make airtel improve its network here.

I want a better network here so that I won’t have to go on road to make a call. Also if anyone tries to call me should be able to reach me. Even when I am home. Right now no call comes when my phone is in the house.
