Respected Sir, This is to bring to your kind information that am a retired person and on 1st May 2014 , I have newly connected with renowned VIDEOCON d2h dish TV Cable set of one unit with set up box with customer ID no. 118977302 by paying cash amount of Rs 3300/ – for full one year Validity period (say up till 1st May 2015) with SUPER GOLD Scheme having 326 nos. of channels through their dealer Mr.Pareshbhai (mob. No. 9925781xxx) , C/O – Shreeji DTH Sales Services. Address .> Shop No. 2,Rang Darshan Chikuwadi Road, Dhanmora , Katargam , Surat 4. But sorry to say that, my connection was still found validity till 29th Feb 2015 instead of 1st May 2015 in my Account display as per dealer contract which is unfair & am loosing 3 months. This was repeatedly informed to the dealer as above to check and re correct the validity, but he gave repeatedly false promises and kept me in blind fold till date. Now am fed up with his fake promises and requesting your good officers to invent & set it right immediately , otherwise am forced to lodge a complaint to the CUSTOMER FORUM , local branch to interfere and recover everything.
