This is to bring your kind attention that service received from Karbonn is quite unsatisfactory. Below incidents in chronological order are self-explanatory. We look forward your support/help for the permanent resolution of the issues. Reference:– Handset Model:– Karbonn Black – A6 Consumer name— Bhalchandra G Pise Invoice Number:– 34-PNV06-13CSI29 (Purchased from Vijay Sales, Panvel, Dist. Raigad) Date:– 1st June, 2013 Contact:– 9223135001 (M) List of issues:– August, 2013:– Camera issue, given for repair at Carbon Service centers at Panvel. Issue rectified after two weeks. September, 2013:– Camera and charging issue, given for repair at Carbon Service center at Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Issue rectified after two weeks. November, 2013:– Unlocking of password issue. Issue rectified after four days. 1st April, 2013:– Charging issue, battery getting low frequently. Given for repair at “Rudra Telecom” Vashi, Navi Mumbai and still awaiting for rectification of issues. (Job sheet no. KJASPMH494414K494, IMEI/ESN1 No. 911304151845280, IMEI/ESN2 No. 911304151895285) Whenever we approach service center, receiving hollow assurances saying your handset has gone for repair to company, repair work under progress. In fact we have been told that the handset will be repaired in 15 working days, still we are waiting for resolution. We have been fed up to do continuous follow-ups and getting doubt on the quality of the product and your service. Frequent problem within one year for such a reputed company’s product is simply not bearable. We would urge to look in to the matter and ensure good quality of product/handset along with your service. Appreciate if you can replace the product with latest handset. Awaiting your response.
