I have given my blackberry handset 9860 Torch under warranty period to Touch Lucknow(Address: B 24-2, Level-2, Tej Kumar Plaza, 1 Triloknath Road, Lucknow, uttar Pradesh,226001) on Dated 22- April-2014. On dated 24-May-2014, I have received a letter by mail from their side that they reject to repair my set because the front top damaged and they send me the pic of broken set too. When I gave my set to service center it was not broken and it was a brand new set which was already swapped by company 2 months earlier. The letter which i received today showing that I have deposited my set on 15/05/2014 but I deposited it on 22 April 2014. I have attached both the letters .Kindly provide me justice.

I want a brand new set from the company or the company refund me full amount of my hand set.
