Its FORD ECOSPORT, the day we purchase it, the problems starts, In first month of purchase (From King Ford, Vapi (Gujarat) its break down on road twice and after so many calls the man from company came and repair the car now, I have done all service for the said vehicles from OS Ford, Jodhpur, and I regularly complain about brake disk pad that its get brocken every now and then. Also I regularly facing problems for AC Cooling, my car didn’t get cooling at all when car is not running on road and even when its running the cooling so less, I have also complained about the suspensions, When we drive the car and steering wheel vibrates, After complains of many time to servicing agency of ford I decide to mail ford company but after several reminder no body taking it seriously about it, Kindly look in to the matter and do needful.

I want to make my money worth, I paid for car, warranty/guarantee, service money all but its not satisfactory for me, I have 10 more cars but no complains, so I want my car perfectly service.
