I have found a plastic fibre stick in the pack of the 500gm Nutra Lite butter which I had purchased from Reliance Mart. Batch No is KIH0333 and Packing date is 02 Feb 2014. I had complained online on the Amul Website. i received a call from a sales guy who visited my place and got me a 100 gm butter in replacement of 500 gm. I said this is not the way to handle such a complaint. Then again a call was received by my husband from a lady from Amul and said Sir you will have to receive this packet as any ways you will not getting if you go to the consumer court. After having such a conversation where in we are being warned of not going to consumer court and all. we decided to log a complaint. I had guests at my place. I was alert enough to notice the same. ALso, Prithvi visited our house with a 100gm compensation packet. When I asked to give his visiting card to me he denied.
