sir i submitted my handset karbonn A18 on dated 25-09-2013 my handset imei no is 911233650049583/911233650099588 and job sheet no is 514 dated 25/09/2013to authorised service centre of karbonn mobiles in sirsa district for the replacement of touch and display .but till date company has not provided display to the service centre so my handset is still lying with the service centre and in between battery of the set is also get discharged sir you are requested to please do the need ful and please refund my money as i don’t want the set any more and i have purchased the new one please make a hefty penalty on the company so that no onward they will treat the consumers and not cheat them like they did with me

please ensure me refund of Rs 9800 which i pay for the handset maximum penalty on the company for cheating his customer legal action should be initiated against the company company must be barred from doing business in India as no satisfactory after sales and spares services
