one item delivered from Bellary to Hyderabad through Gati courier services on 7th of May. they told us it will be delivered with 4-5 days track the status online troght docket no 407035020. in status it is showing on 12th May it is arrived in hyderabad. still item is not delivered to us. i called so many times they are saying it will be delivered today from last 3 days.

hat is scooty which we want soon because while going office we face difficuly because day by day temperature is getting increased.

we want get our product soon with courier charge as penalty for non delivery on time
