Yepme.com – Replacement product not sent

Let me tell you first that yep me is the worst online shopping company I ever used or heard. Actually I placed an order 6615395 on 28th April 2014 and the expected delivery was 04th May 2014 but I got the order on 6th May 2014 and a shoe pair was defective in my order also there was no invoice present in the box so I called customer care and informed them regarding both issues so they told me to Speed post the product. So I speed post the damaged shoe “Yepme White & Green Casual Shoes” by Speed post tracking ID: “EM377367942IN” and didn’t mention the Order ID on it as no one told me to do that also As I didn’t get any invoice in the pack so I didn’t keep that too in the defective shoes box. Now the above speed post “EM377367942IN” was delivered to yep me on 12th May 2014 but still I am getting ,messages from yep me saying that my new Replacement order ID 6777904 is going to cancel as Yep me has not got the product yet But product is already delivered to you before 3 days. I called yep me customer care daily which is chargeable number not toll free and ask about the status of my item and each day your customer care told me that I should wait for next 24 hours, what a bullshit it is? Also I am sending Emails to Refund@yepme.com continuously but no one is replying to my Emails. I urge you to help me to get my replacement order ASAP. They should check your speed post records of 12th May 2014 date. Regards, Arpit
