i have not yet received my product. the delivery date was on 17/7/14. when i enquirer about it from snapdeal.com they just tell me to wait. and when i ask gati couriers they just tell it will be delivered next day. one personnel from gati courier even said that he will not deliver my product, instead if i want the product i can go to him and take it. my order no. is 2398215316 and my docket number on gati is 547529045

i want my product to be delivered within 24 hours. i am just frustrated because of them
