I ordered refrigerator from snapdeal and I got this order after 9 days without any bill and keys. On the same day of delivery I got message from Courier Service named GATI that product has been damaged and can’t be delivered but when I confirm from them they said it was a misunderstanding but when I opened the refrigerator and plugged it, it was not cooling so at the same day of delivery I registered my Complaint with Snapdeal about keys, bills and damaged refrigerator, and everyday when I call customer care they said that they will start refund process asap. It’s seven days in row and the status is still pending. Please get this resolved asap. They wasted my 15 days(placed order on 11th May). Please help me getting proper compensation as I have to waste my time daily for contacting them.
When I call the customer care they said leave it opened for 24 hours but later that night it starts smelling. As a consequence I found that the refrigerator is damaged one. Due to this damage, the vegetable and other stuffs that required cooling which I purchased got spoiled. Not only this I waste my lot of time in contacting them and due to this I have missed several important meetings at office.
I need a total refund of what I paid for this refrigerator + the good compensation of wasting my time and spending my money for contacting them. It’s been a difficult time for me in these hot summer days, I trusted Snapdeal and their products and the response which I got from them is not satisfactory and it’s like ‘Who Cares’ response(We delivered the product and our duty is over). Everytime I contact them things starts from scratch, I have to provide the whole details of the damage. Also one interesting thing happened, when I told that I’ll complain to the consumer forum they said it doesn’t matter to them and you can do whatever you want.
