AS my inverter is malfunctioning so i filled up a complain in URGENCY on 19th of MAY @ 0930hrs and the complain no is 15052717466. I’ve beed advised that I’ll be given the service soon, and on top of that i used to call them every single day & there answer was same very soon we will provide the service, today it’s 25th and still none of there engineer has visited yet. They were bluffing from the first day itself. when I used to call there service center those guys used to say that i just had the words with your area manager and the problem will be sorted out soon.They keeps on telling me by tomorrow but there tomorrow never came.It’s been a week now since i filled up a complain and as a customer all I can say there service is WORST OF WORST. one thing more I would like to highlight that I’ve taken the AMC of my inverter which in my view is one of the reason that none of the engineer has visited my house because as per the policy all the maintenance charge is free including the engineer’s own fees.
As we all know the condition of power supply in eastern U.P we hardly get 12-14 hrs of supply n on top of that its very humid and hot now. As soon as there was a cut of supply the whole house is used to run in dark and to spend the whole night without a fan is like nightmare & for children its horrible. Spending the whole night in trauma n again the next day you have to go for work n have to work efficiently which is not possible when u don’t have a good night sleep.I know very well, how i’ve spend the last 7 days n god knows how long its gonna take.That’s reason I’m writing here n using this forum for the first time
All I want is service that to ASAP and an apologies call from there end. and If there’s some kind of compensation for my grief its well and good.
