I had purchased 3 tickets from IRCTC under PNR no. 6430350922 for 21st May 2014. The tickets were wait listed and after the final chart was prepared it was wait list cancelled. I paid Rs.431/- for the same. But the refund was made for Rs.330/- deducting Rs.100/- for no fault of mine. It was auto cancelled by IRTC for being wait listed. Why should I pay for the wait listed ticket.

As it is I did not get a ticket and more over Rs. 100/- deducted from my account. I want a compensation for the same. As they are openly cheating people like this!
