MTNL Broadband Delhi Customer Care – Review

I have a MTNL landline / broadband connection at my residence(telephone numbr: 26342707). From past few months i have been facing problem of unstable ADSL and down due to which internet disconnects frequent number of times and no internet for hours respectively. For this i have registered numerous number of complaints at MTNL’s IVRS complain booking section and from past two months no action is taken regarding this to resolve my issue. Most of the time, internet does not works during day time and if its works during day time then do not works at night time.Whenever i have to do some important work on internet there is no internet connection.Most of the times i have to wait hours to do my work on internet. When i talked to the staff at MTNL’s sunlight colony exchange they told me that in your area the y told me that the cable we have put in is too long(from sunlight colony to my residence) and due to resistance caused in it you have to face frequent number of disconnections, and when i ask them why didn’t it happened earlier? they say we don’t know. when i was this complain itself the internet disconnected 2 times.

I want an answer why my issue isn’t resolved from past two months. Either resolve my issue or refund all the money along with the interest that i invested in buying this connection.
