Problem: Our flat is on 17th floor. When we bought the flat the building was built till 10th floor or so. Thus we believed that our flat would be of the same design as current flats. Now we are being handed over the flat and we found out that the balcony of our flat has a very bad design. In this, they have made the 5 feet tall balcony wall completely of concrete rather than a grill. This design is implemented because the builder wants a square like concrete design on the exterior of the building. However, Grill is used in all other flats in all the blocks in the society except one other flat in our building.As a result, the view/lighting/air circulation from our 17th floor balcony is completely compromised. When buying the flat, we were not told that this particular flat will have such a design put in place. Now we have approached everyone in the management-from owner to planning director to get the design altered-at least half grill. But we have been told that nothing can be done and we ourselves cant change it either.

We want the balcony wall to be changed to grill or at least half grill.The half grill design is implemented in all other flats having similar square like design on the outside.
