Geniecabs – Inefficient service and False commitments

I am a pregnant women of 5 months, had seen wide advertisments of Genie Cabs through hoardings displayed across bangalore city and also had heard through radio. I commute to office using private cab service as it is more convinent for me, my office is 20kms from my residence. To try genie cabs I booked a cab on 2nd March 2014 for the next morning 3rd March 2014 8.00 AM pickup. For which I got a booking reference number 25027700. I am sequentialy writing as to how executives of Genie Cabs lied to me and put me in tremendous ordeal for next 3 1/2 hrs which ended after I reached office using my personal source. 1) I was lied to by Ms. Maya your executive when I called at 7.40 am 3rd march 2014, that the cab will reach in 5 min. 2) How did the executive change the booking timing 3times? Original booking was for 8 am. They conveniently lied 15 min each time we called. 3) Floor manager Mr. Yuvraj had no accountability and cancelled the booking at 8.40 am citing non availability of cabs, which colludes with what Ms. Maya said at 7.40 am. Where did the cab which was to reach in 5 min disappear?

1) Written apology from Geniecabs CEO/MD. 2) Measures taken to admonish the executives. 3) Whatever the appropriate authority feels is the economic loss, Husband is a business owner, my half day work lost. 4) Unberable mental agony due to extensive un logical talk with Genie executies, who infact care very less about customers. 5) I had an apology from Meru Cab company for my oral complaint, which is more or less like a draft and I do not accept it.
