My husband had survived the Brain Haemorrhage, we had Health Insurance from Genins India. We applied for Cashless Claim, but it was denied as the illness of Brain Haemorrhage was due to High BP which was pre-existing one. Therefore Cashless was denied, however we received that though Cashless claim was rejected it did not mean that we could not have reimbursible claim, therefore we applied for claim settlement. But even thsat was denied from their side. No one has done any thing
