MY CONSIGNMENT NO.- RL389147277IE containing old HTC MOBILE PHONE which was sent from IRELAND by Deepak kumar. I received my consignment on 12/03/2013 on payment of Rs 3764 as custom duty at indian post office BHEL, BHOPAL. I opened my consignment in front of postmaster but consignment did not contain the MOBILE phone. That had been replaced by a huwaie wifi device. I contated mumbai custom department but there was not any response in my favour.

price of mobile- Rs 24000 custom duty- Rs 3764 mobile bill- Rs 100 travelling cost- Rs 300

I want my mobile phone back with all above expenses. i also want relief cost for mental and physical harassment. total cost must be around Rs 50000
