sir, I have the honour to state that during my stay at Mysore on 1est Oct 2014, We had (Three Person) decided to visit and to stay at coorg on 2end oct 2014 to 3ed Oct 2014 and login to book hotel from your web site , We got information that vijay Residency having room so we booked and pay Rs.2600/- from my debit Card , but then I got information that Its Booked for Mangalore vijay Residency instead of coorg, which is very far from Mysore so I had canceled my booking Immediately and try my best to contact telephonic ally to you and vijay Residency regarding issue but no one has responded for the same, However on 2end oct 2014 Rs.2600/- deducted from my account and deposited to Comfort inns Bangalore vide POS 427504553514 as information received from my Banker so I had Contact Personally to Mr.B.T.Shrinivas G.M. at Comfort inns Bangalore on 3ed Oct 2014 at evening and discussed in details, he has assured me that refund is Possible but I have to go through Booking.Com, so you are humbly requested to provide my Booking and Cancellation detail with my account to Vijay Residency Mangalore and Intimate the same to Comfort inns Bangalore , I have faith that your immediate action will refund my amount and will credited to my account at the earliest Thanking you Dinesh K Bhatt 0982562xxxx
