I have applied online term insurance policy product i.e. HDFc click2 protect plus in Uagust 2014 and gone through medical test, submitted all documents and till date policy is not been issued. whenever i call their call center, they simply say that it is under process. some documents are pending. even after uploading several time and mailing them document, the status is pending

Either HDFC life should issue policy to me immediately or shall return back my monay or payment made by me
