I have a Metlife Policy – where I have paid Rs 25000/- per year for 4 years. I receive calls from persons claiming to be speaking on behalf of IRDA telling me to delete the code of the agent and I would get Rs 80000/- commission which the Co would be paying the agent. for this I have to provide KYC proof to their represenattive. Latest call was from 9654082886./ 230247058 (Panmai). Pl look into the matter. Is this a hoax call/genuine call.
