I am working as Quality Assurance Head in Alkem Laboratories Ltd.I have paid to global intellengence Rs 22752.00 from last 7 months for computer system validation training as per their schedule. But they did not arrange any CSV training as per their commitment and date. From that day, I have continuously follow up for training as well as returning my money. But every time they promised to return my money. After that they did not return my money still 7 months. I continuously phoned them. even also they did not pick up my phone.
