I have recharged my airtel no:9994489xxx,discounted tariff on seeing https://pay.airtel.com/online-payments/prepaidResponse.do in that there is RS.89 recharge on discounted tariff, and it says * Rs. 89 Local mobile calls at 30p/min, STD Mobile at 40p/min 79.21 9.79 28 days * and i did it,my order id is: 215778164 but my call tariff went 35 paise instead of 30, i called to customer care and asked about it, they told the plan is revised and they didn’t updated in website,it’s their fault, i followed and recharged through website as it told. i asked refund,they refused,and i filed a complaint. complaint no:CBNRA20411155691

As a MNC, AIRTEL network should have to update in website, because of their carelessness,my tariff went wrong and am loosing 5 paise per call… This issue made me mental agony, though i called airtel customer care,but they refused me to refund….. i want a compensation of RS.10 lakh cash,for their carelessness. Please do the needful.
