Spice Mobile – faulty handset sold poor service by centre

my complaint is about my spice mi-436 phone. i got my phone in december starting but after 15 days my phone got a problem. so i take it to the service center. i described my problem to them and they said me that they will resolve my problem within a week. so i called them every week but use to say that the phone will take one more week. then they promised me to give me a new handset and they gave my old phone back to me in mid of february with a lots of problem like :- scratched phone, less ram, less internal storage. i ignored that. and then my phone got same problem again on march 11 . i take it again to service center . they again promised me to give my phone within a week but didn’t give my phone till now. and don’t even pick my calls.

after two time I want a new handset or my money back so I can buy a new phone of another brand.
