Hello sir, I have purchased cloths worth 2859/- & paid through Net banking (Order No 5715029) from Online website Yepme.com on 6 March 2014 & it was delivered to me on 8 march 2014. I was not happy with quality of 4 products worth 1523/Rs[315.25 -Yepme Eddison Chinos – Brown + 315.25 Yepme Eddison Chinos – Dark Olive Green+ 226.64 Yepme Kelly Printed Kurti – Blue & Green + 567.35 (441.49 + 125.96 Yepme Free Sports Shoes with Tracksuit + 99 shipping charges)] I initiated the return & as per directions I sent the 4 products Via DTDC Courier with AWB/ Consignment Number is Z16803332 on 10 March 2014. With Tracking Details it was delivered on 11 march 2014. After That Yepme told that they done quality check of the products & Found products were accepted for refund & they initiated refund & 647/ Rs was refunded in bank account on 19 march 2014. But Total cost of products which I returned is 1523/Rs They Have refunded only 647/-. After that I called Customer care sometimes they told that they done only partial refund remaining they will do it in next few days & same thing was told me through mail. & they asked to wait to 3 to 5 working days. After That I called again they asked to wait for 24 to 48 Hrs.. after that I called again they told to wait for 24 to 48 Hrs Same thing went for 5 times (almost 10 to 12 days) & No one is giving any proper answer. Only Standard ans they give is they forwarded my problem to the concerned team & that team will respond but till now, No one given any answer. All supervisor Like Mr Vikrant & Devesh singh assured me 100% that he will look into the matter & they call me back within 1 to 2 hrs till now no one from from yepme bothered to call me back & explain & along this course they deleted My Order Details from My Yepme account ( ID drmpreddy@ymail.com) & they are not restoring order (Order no 5715029) details & I have sent several mails (10 to 12 mails), In all those mails They say that only partial refund is done & wait for some days & Second answer is my problem is forwarded to the concerned team & That team will respond but till now, No one given any answer. I even asked them that i want to return all products & get full refund & they not accepting & they Say that I have rejected my order… what Nonsense I already accepted & Only 4 products are returned.. they refused to take back remaining 5 Products in order No 5715029.
I want to get Full refund for all 4 products i.e 1523/Rs or they should take back all the products & Give full refund & also they should refund my Phone bills & they should also compensate for mental torture & agony which I suffered in the hands of yepme for their faulty service. Kindly Help me…to get full refund for 4 products. I have attached 1)Yepme Invoice, 2)DTDC Courier receipt 3)DTDC Tracking details & 4)My account screen shot showing Partial refund
