I, Vilas P. Pundkar, localite of Amravati, Maharashta, purchased Kent Grand plus 18 months ago. Now since last month, the taste of water has changed. I contacted the service dealer named Sangit Saansar, Shivaji complex, ST stand road, Amravati. He sent his service person on 14th of March,2014. He replaced the carbon filter, sediment filter, RO membrane, TDS controller and F.R.T and generated a bill of Rs.3900. Day after that day, we faced the same problem with the taste of water falling on the bitter side. We again contacted them several times but there was no response from their side.hen after approx. 15 days, their service person came and after inspecting said, that the T.D.S level has fallen to 10 and the T.D.S controller (which they replaced previously) is local and not original. They bluffed us, firstly with the products and now, they are providing us the worst service.
we want our purifier to be serviced correctly and as early as possible.
