i had purchased a karbonn a99 mobile on 07-02-14.it get’s damaged on 04-03-14.on it’s screen some stretch lines are appeared.i went to the service center on 07-03-14 and handover ed my mobile to the service center.after 34 days means 09-04-14 display arrived at the service center and i will make a call to service center and go to the center on 10-04-14.
is it right from consumer behind that i have wait and wait for such long time means 35 days for display repairment and again 35 days for touch screen.why should i suffered so much time since i had make full payment at the purchase. i want that i don’t need such mobiles,the company should take back his mobile and refund all my amount(rs-5900). is it possible? please help me , i got irritated with the ridiculas service of the mobile.
