Global Vectra Helicopter – poor service

Dear Sir, We have booked Helicopter ticket with Global Vectra from Katra – Sanjichat – Katra. We reached Katra at 11:30 AM and we have got the helicopter by 2:30 PM (after waiting of approx. 3 hours) when we reached at Sanjichat, we informed to Global office that our return timing is 5:15 as we reached here very late so we shall try to reach 5:30 then they told us no problem you can report maximum upto 6 PM. In hurry we reached vaisnodevi Bhawan and after that we went to Bhero Baba as well and we came back to Sanjichat at Global Vectra office by 5:40 then they told us our counter is closed now we can not take you… we were having kids and ladies with us after several request they were ready to pay refund and they have told us to go to Katra White building and their you can get the refund letter (after confirmation given by some colonel). After vaishnodevi we went to patnitop and we have to catch the train from Jammu station then we request to our taxi driver that first go to katra for submitting refund paper then he agrees but he charged INR 1500/- extra. we went to white building for refund then the officer simply denied for refund and that colonel also refused the same. This is purely cheating for us, you are humple request to kindly take up this matter and help us for getting our refund, we have 11 tickets and per ticket cost is 800/-.
