Samsung Galaxy S Duos mobile – not providing the bundle offer

I bought a Samsung Galaxy S Duos mobile on 1/09/2013 and with it I received a bundle offer of 500MB free data useage on an Idea sim.So I purchased one Idea sim(no-8479012333)on 30/09/2013 and it got registered/activated on 3/10/2013.But I didn’t received any ‘sms’of activation of the “bundle offer”.So I filed complaints and after a lot of misleading talks(e.g.-‘I myself asked them to cancel the offer’), they said that the service will be activated on 23/10/13 but yesterday they came up with an false excuse for not providing the service -that I have changed my mobile-which is rubbish as I do not have any other active mobile.

I want my service to be activated and my balance refunded.
