dear sir, I am shopping on moto e mobile on globalskyshop. com website . at the time of shopping company told that minimum 3000 payment required. I am transaction on 3000 on 3 Sept 2014 & payment I’d 27983555 . again next day company call me & tell that 2000 rupee required for ur order dispatched otherwise not possible than I payment 2000 on 4 Sept 2014. payment I’d 28009641 . at that time of transaction they told that within 3 days ur products will be dispatched. but not dispatched still date .than I call company but they don’t reply ; than I sent my payment refund mail 5 to 6 time ,but no reply .when I call company than they than told that again payment 3000 transaction I’d generated than ur 5000+3000 will be refund company I not possible. what I do please tell me. I want my money refund. At any cost & penalty for this company. Please give me way.
