Sir It is bring in your kind notice that I parked my Innova No HR02AB 0097 at Globe Automobiles Ambala Road Yamunanagar for service and some minor repairs on 11.01.2016 But till today up to 2PM they not delivered my Innova.I daily sent my driver for pick up but the agency person asked the Innova will be delivered today evening but I dont know when their evening will come .Sir it is not good for a reputed company Toyota .It is not only this time but every time i sent Innova for service this type of problem faced. I again and again asked them to give exact delivery time so I may collect. but no body hear. Sir we only know Toyota heaving name to provide the service but y you please see that what type of service provided. I therefore request to direct the dealer to deliver the Innova or if some technical problem exact time tell me I get coolect the Innova on that time.
