Go Air – Refund on Cancellation Withheld

I booked air ticket online from GO air web site for travel thru MUMbai-CHandigarh sector for 16/5/13 and return on 25/5/13 (chandigarh- Mumbai) for my family of 2 adults and 2 children thru PNR no.0B0CCM. The ticket was cancelled on 11 may 2013 thru their web site. ON inquiring on 20/5/13 (around 11.30 am) on the toll free nos.9223222111 , i was told that a credit voucher has been generated for future travel thru teh airline. On inquiring why payment mode was not asked by the website before generating a credit voucher, the customer service (Ritesh ) explained that all cancellations thru web only generate credit vouchers. For Refund on the mode in which booking payment was made, I should have called their toll free customer service Nos. My Complaints are- 1.Why the payment mode is not asked from the customer 2.Why the airline is allowed to indulge in unfair practise of generating credit notes for web cancellation when they book only on advance payments 3.the cancellation documents mentions that refund processing will take 15 days. How can airline take 15 days to refund .Even if they take 15 days, why they are not paying interest for the delay in payment 4.During discussion on 20.5.2013, the customer service said that the refund will take another 10 days at least as per their process.

Immediate refund of cancellation amount along with interest for delay in payments.
