i have booked the air ticket for ccu to gauhati and gauhati to ccu tickets 10th jan 2015 and 17th jan 2015 and make the transaction by sbi credit cardno.4006 6763 0901 0505 rs.7993.00 at cleartrip services on 23.12.2014 but after that,on that day cleartrip serves has not provide me any booking id and e-tickets. this information we also confirm by there customer care no and email to them. after that they send a reply a letter mentioned case no.#09046311 that we are contacting you very soon above the matter but nobody send any further email and contact with us by phone. suddenly on 26th dec 2014 they have send the e-tickets & trip id for the above booking.

but in the meantime i have booked another tickets for the above journey for ccu to gauhati and gauhati to ccu tickets 10th jan 2015 and 17th jan 2015 from another service provider. my humble request is that please revert my full amount rs.7993.00 from clear trip services.
