GO Airlines – Refund Against cancelled ticket

I had two tickets booking with Go air for travelling on 8th and 10th November (PNR 3BKIXE) which was cancelled on 5th November. As per official policy the refund amount should be settled in 7 working days. However, in spite of continuous follow up over phone and mail, the money has not been refund after 20 days. I was promised on 18 Nov that the money will be credited my account max by 21st November. When I didi not receive and tried to contact the airline customer care to enquire, I was put on hold for more than 40 minutes and the phone left unattended. Even I was promised 4 times to get a call back by the team lead but no one called neither responded to the mail. This is the most idiotic and unprofessional way of functioning and dealing with customer. I have gone through tremendous mental and psychological harassment experience. I want my money back with interest and compensation for going through such mental trauma.

Since my money has been hold for more than 20 days and I have gone through the mental and psychological trauma, wasting of money in series of phone calls, mails, energy, resources..I want refund with interest and compensation of Rs.20,000/-
