I have been using their product (Go Play II) and it developed some problems. When I contacted their service centre, I was told that it will cost me INR5200/- to get it repaired (the new product costs INR12000/-). I was also told that there will be NO WARRANTY/GUARANTEE for the repairs done. How can an authorized service centre declare that there is no warranty/guarantee for the repair work done
I want to be protected by a warranty/guarantee for the repair wok done on my music system (for at least 3 months as per industry standards).
