I was not provided with the data i.e. 1GB of data for which I made a recharge. On regarding a complain, I was assured, that within 48 hours, data will be credited to my phone number. But, even after repeated calls to the customer care centre, data is not provide. Also, staff misbehaves and tell, do what ever you can do, We don’t have any information. My complain no. with Reliance is : 213350349.
I want my money back. Also, I want apology from Reliance for the trouble Reliance Staff gave to me.
