have purchased one HP OMNI 120 All in One PC with configurations Core I3-2120 3.30 GHZ/4GB RAM/500GB Harddisk/20 INCH LED Monitor/DOS/DVDRW/WEBCAM/WIFI/Card Reader vide order No. 7918789 dated: 24.10.2013 at 01.30 pm and made payment through Indian Bank Internet Banking from my account for Rs. 30,873/-. The product was shipped through DTDC courier and was delivered to me on 31.10.2013, on verifying the configuration the product you have sent is HP OMNI 120 All in One PC with configurations Intel Pentium CPU G620 @ 2.60 GHZ/2GB RAM/500GB Hard disk/20 INCH LED Monitor / DOS / DVDRW / WEBCAM / WIFI / Card Reader. The same was reported to you through your customer care number, you have requested me to take photograph as proof and sent through email to you. The request No given was 528628 on 31.10.2013. The merchant who has sent the product called on 01.11.2013 and apologised for sending the wrong product and he offered that the correct product will be sent and the wrong product may be handed over to the same courier which delivers. After waiting for 3 days you have changed the status to “non serviceable with any of our courier partners” on 05th Nov 2013 and asked me to send the product to them. i was forced to send the product through the courier. The courier was not willing to take shipments sent through surface which itself costs Rs.500/- and by air it costs Rs. 1,000/- but you have only offering Rs. 300/- as the reimbursement for courier bill that too in “CLUEBUCKS” gift voucher for purchasing in your website not as reimbursement as cash back to my bank account. The product was shipped through TRACKON Couriers on 11.11.2013 vide AWB No. 366815994 which cost me Rs. 500/- and an extra Rs. 200/- for packaging and transporting up to courier office. Instead you are only offering only to reimburse with defective and useless products listed in your website valued Rs.300/- The product was sent through surface transit as this will not provide update in real time i have to wait in anxious for the day it to reach the destination to know the status of the shipment. Atlast the product was delivered to your office on 19.11.2013, on calling your customer care you informed that the product was not received at your end and said that only after receiving the product you can arrange for the replacement. After repeated emails and calls to your customer care you have informed that the product was received only on 21.11.2013. You called me on 21.11.2013 to inform that the product is not available for replacement and the refund will be initiated. The product was delivered to me on 02.12.2013 ie more than 30 of placing the order with the shopclues.com. On verifying from the HP website the product code in the machine’s description is of lower spec machine, i doubt that the machine is tampered and altered somehow to look as higher configuration or added higher configuration.
