I had booked a godrej refrigerator on 26/10/2013 & bought the same on the day of Dhanteras (yesterday) from Godrej office- Basundhara Enclave, Ulubari, Guwahati-7 (Assam). yesterday the company technicians came to our house and fitted it; the moment it was connected there was interruption of electricity; they went & later we discovered when electrician came that the whole current problem was because of the Refrigerator; then we called the Godrej office (Guwahati) persons who didn’t respond to us; we called the helpline number printed on your user guide: 1800-225511 & filed our complaint; we were told that within 24 hrs Godrej technician would come to our house to solve the problem; we waited the whole day, but no body from Godrej came for our help. we are without a refrigerator now for 2 days, food items damaged; moreover our Dhanteras & Laxmipuja spoiled.

We are really very disappointed; couldn’t expect this from a reputed company like GODREJ;
