The complaint did by the name gulab chand. He is my father who purchased a godreg fridge dated. 11/4/12. Warranty is 1 year and compressor warranty 5 years. I did complaint dated 9/5/14 about compressor. They come n check found compressor fault. But they did not change and give us time to change 13 but not done. After that they gave time 15 but not change.every day they gave us only time n date. Almost 8 days go and they did not take any action and we suffer. Plz do some hhelp.

I want to change my fridge compressor as soon as possilbe. And compunsate us for suffering these days from there product.
